In the rare case that you feel our service did not meet your standards or expectations, we will honor your request for a partial or full refund within 45 days of the purchase date. The amount of the refund is up to the sole discretion of Qoala Group, though we promise to deal with our customers in the manner in which we would want to be dealt.
